1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the retreat.
1.2. All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the company (see Section 2).
1.3. Payments must be made via direct bank transfer to the designated account. Guests will receive the bank details upon confirmation of their booking. The customer is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and providing proof of transfer if requested.
1.4. As a travel and leisure service, this retreat is exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007).

2. Cancellation by the Company

2.1. We reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will not cancel except for unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, or failure by you to pay the final balance, or because the minimum number required for the package to go ahead has not been reached (for organized retreats). Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances means a situation beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.
2.2. We reserve the right to decline accepting or retaining any traveler whose health or actions in our sole judgement impede the operation of a trip or the welfare or enjoyment of fellow travelers.
2.3. In the event of cancellation by the company, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
2.4. The company is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the guest, such as flights, insurance, or other travel expenses.

3. Cancellation by the Guest

3.1. All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
3.2. If a guest cannot attend, they may transfer their booking to another individual, provided the company is informed at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

4. Changes to the Retreat

4.1. The company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or supplier availability.
4.2. In the case of major changes, the company will notify guests as soon as possible.

5. Travel and Health Insurance

5.1. Guests are required to have valid travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and loss or damage to personal property.
5.2. The company is not responsible for any injuries, medical expenses, or lost/stolen items during the retreat.
5.3. Guests must ensure they are physically able to participate in the retreat’s activities. The company is not liable for any injuries or medical conditions arising from participation.

6. Liability Waiver

6.1. Guests acknowledge that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks. The company, its employees, and partners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the retreat.
6.2. Guests assume full responsibility for their actions and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by the retreat organizers.
6.3. The company confirms that it has liability insurance in place, in accordance with Spanish regulations for active tourism services.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other participants, and retreat property.
7.2. The company reserves the right to remove any guest from the retreat without a refund if they engage in behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1. Guest information is collected solely for booking and retreat organization purposes. The company complies with GDPR and LOPDGDD (Spanish Data Protection Law) and will not share personal data with third parties without consent.
9.2. Personal data is stored securely and retained for one (1) year from the retreat date, after which it will be deleted.
9.3. Guests may request access, rectification, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the company.

By booking a retreat, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
